Project: Market Analysis and Distribution model evaluation for local craft brewery

Description: Local craft brewery partnered with University of North Texas to evaluate self-distribution vs. a distributor. Our team did full marketing and SWOT analysis, built cost-benefit model for distribution vs. self-distribution, and marketing strategies for growth in the DFW area

Applications: Excel, SWOT analysis, BE Analysis, scenario projection, macro and micro market investigation

Process: Worked with excellent, diverse, mutli-skilled team, distributor and consumer market data collection, built 3-year cash flow model with sensitivity analysis, presented results to executives and board members of Shannon Brewing Co.

Status: Our work rated #1 over other marketing teams, we concluded that outsourcing distribution was best, Shannon Brewing Co. is currently using combination of self- and standard distribution
